"O Sole Mio "Collection

このコレクションには、デザイナーのダニエラ・デ・マルキが、最近ナポリを訪れたことをきっかけに生まれました。

ダニエラはこの街のエネルギー・温かさ・そしてコントラストに魅了され、その結果として生まれたのが、イタリアンスタイルの象徴である「不運を払う」コルネット（イタリアのお守り）へのオマージュです。

 

今回初めて、小さなポリッシュ仕上げのチェーンと、コルネットのみに巻き付く「ドロパージュ」の有機的な質感を組み合わせました。

 

光沢のあるチェーンと質感のあるペンダントのコントラストが美しい光を生み出し、ジュエリーを驚くほど軽量に仕上げ、このコレクションを非常に親しみやすいものにしています。

 

このコレクションには、既存のキーホルダーに加え、ロングネックレス、ミディアム丈のタイスタイルチョーカー、ブレスレットの3つの新作が含まれています。

 

コルネットで幸運を招くために、3つのルールを満たさなければなりません。

１つは、「トゥオスト（硬い）、ストゥオルト（曲がっている）、ク・ア・ポンタ（先端が尖っている）」形状であること。

2つ目は、自分で買うのではなく贈り物として受け取ること、

3つ目は、受け取った際、贈り主が角の先端で受け手の手のひらを軽く突いて、幸運を「始動」させることです。

"O Sole Mio" Collection

This collection was born from designer Daniela de Marchi's recent visit to Naples.

Captivated by the city's energy, warmth, and contrasts, she created a tribute to the *cornetto*—an iconic Italian amulet believed to ward off bad luck.

For the first time, this collection combines a delicate, polished chain with the organic texture of "dropage" (a signature dripping-effect finish) that wraps around the *cornetto* itself.

The contrast between the lustrous chain and the textured pendant creates a beautiful play of light; the design is remarkably lightweight, making the jewelry incredibly comfortable and easy to wear.

In addition to an existing keychain, the collection introduces three new pieces: a long necklace, a medium-length tie-style choker, and a bracelet.

To successfully invite good fortune with a *cornetto*, three rules must be followed:

 

First, the shape must be *tuosto* (hard/rigid), *stuorto* (curved), and *cu 'a ponta* (pointed at the tip).

Second, it must be received as a gift rather than purchased for oneself.

Third, upon gifting, the giver should lightly prick the recipient's palm with the tip of the horn to "activate" the good luck.

ダニエラデマルキのジュエリーは、さまざまな色でカラーリングされた真鍮とブロンズ、シルバーが素材となっています。

ダニエラデマルキが編み出した、ドロパージュという技法は、メタル素材に溶かしドロッピングして重ねあわす技法です。

数あるイタリアのジュエラーの中でも、これほどまでに丁寧に職人の手によって一つ一つ手作りで生み出されてるジュエリーは異例でしょう。

現在、他ブランドなどは、ジュエリー製作の中間工程をベトナムやインドネシアで行い、最終工程のみをミラノで完成させ、「イタリア製」を名乗っています。

しかしながら、ダニエラデマルキは、素材の調達から最終工程まで、全てをミラノ内で完成せるイタリアでも稀有なジュエラーなのです。

ひとつひとつが手作りなので、出来上がりは工業製品のように均一ではなく、職人の手仕事により、少し歪で個性のある形になります。
その上で一つ一つ手作業で顔料で色づけしています。

Daniela de Marchi’s jewelry is crafted from brass, bronze, and silver, featuring a variety of colorful finishes.

The brand employs a unique technique known as "Droppage," which involves melting metal and layering it through a dripping process.

Among the many Italian jewelers, it is rare to find jewelry created with such meticulous care, where every single piece is handmade by artisans.

Many other brands outsource intermediate production stages to countries like Vietnam or Indonesia, completing only the final steps in Milan to qualify for the "Made in Italy" label.

In contrast, Daniela de Marchi is one of the few Italian jewelers to handle the entire process—from material sourcing to final assembly—exclusively in Milan.

Because each piece is handmade, the results lack the uniformity of mass-produced industrial goods; instead, the artisan's touch creates shapes that are slightly irregular and unique.

Furthermore, each piece is individually colored by hand using pigments.
